⚽️ In addition to their 3-month-old boy, this family also includes 2 dogs (Lab and Frenchie), 3 cats (1 long hair), and their 12-year-old son. Who happens to be the best big brother ever! This job would be mainly baby focused with duties like cleaning bottles, baby laundry, sweeping, and organizing/tracking supplies. Ideal candidates are honest, diligent, upbeat, and understand the developmental milestones of babies.
🎨 Sticking to the baby’s schedule and routine is this family’s upmost priority! During awake windows, lots of engagement like singing songs, reading books, and walks in the neighborhood is a must.

🏄🏻♀️What are your favorite ages to care for and why?
I have cared for children of all ages but as for my favorite ages, it`s a tie between toddlers and school age! Toddlers are so fun because they`re still in the thick of so many big developmental milestones. I also like school age children because their personalities are becoming more concrete! I love hearing about the things they`re interested in.
🩰What do you enjoy most about being a nanny?
I have worked with kids on and off since I was 18, so it`s been almost 12 years of getting to know so many wonderful children! I think that`s my favorite part, getting to know kids and their parents. It`s especially cool when I can form a lifelong relationship with a family that lasts after I am in their employ!

🎈Favorite activities to do with children?
If I am with an infant, singing songs and lots of tummy time is the way to go. For toddlers, I love to read books and/or play with sensory bins! When I`m caring for school ages kids, outings to the library or a museum is a favorite.

I recently moved to Seattle from the Dallas, Texas area and I was so relieved how easy ANFU made it for me to get started after I moved here! Rebecca and the rest of ANFU office staff are so lovely and helpful. The families I have worked with so far are awesome as well! Have you run out of back up care hours? Had a great experience with your back up care nanny? Maybe looking for Summer care? Or just need a more short term option, on a month to month basis? This is the option for you! We would love to help you fill your gap with more consistent solutions. At ANFU we offer flexible options from two-five days a week.
This plan is flexible for full time care and part time care options. The short-term care placement fee is broken down by the number of days in a week a caregiver will work. The fee is charged on a month-to-month basis at the beginning of each month.

This busy Bellevue family with two boys (ages 1 and 4) is searching for a full-time nanny, Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30.
Mom and Dad work a hybrid schedule and will be in their home office about half the week. The 4-year-old will be in Montessori 5 days a week from 8:30-3 p.m. and is picked up/dropped off by the families Au Pair. Their ideal caregiver has an in-depth understanding of the developmental milestones toddlers experience and is interested in planning activities focused on language development and motor skills. Somebody who takes initiative and is eager to plan a day filled with teaching moments! Child-related duties are expected with minimal household duties required as they want the focus mainly on their 1-year-old with lots of quality interaction.
