Event Childcare

The long list of event to-dos can be daunting, let us make that list a little shorter by taking the worry out of finding quality childcare for your guests. To keep your event running smoothly and your guests satisfied, A Nanny for U offers on-site professional childcare services. Whether you are putting on a large-scale corporate event, ongoing company meetings or celebratory events such as weddings and parties, we have your childcare covered. No event is too big or small; if your guests have children, we are here to assist you.

Event Nanny Qualifications

Once we have determined the scope and duration of your event, we will staff it with highly qualified caregivers experienced in group childcare. Our nannies have a vast understanding of child development to ensure your guests’ children are engaged and entertained throughout the duration of your event. Upon request, we will also provide age appropriate activities such as games, crafts, puzzles, and more. Our goal is to provide seamless service so you and your guests can focus on the event while we handle the childcare behind the scenes. To ensure you and your guests’ peace of mind, we perform the following background checks on all candidates:

	Comprehensive assessment of driving records for the past 5 years Thorough criminal check in every state in which the candidate has lived At least 3 detailed child care reference checks

 

	$150 per nanny used at event for up to 4 hours $30 per each additional hour, per nanny 4 hour minimum required Activities available for an additional fee

A Nanny for U has the ability to insure the company or venue holding the event under our umbrella, so that all liabilities fall under our policy. All event nannies are employees of A Nanny for U and are paid directly by the agency.
