We as a nanny agency, are a team of eager and knowledgeable staff ready to assess your childcare needs, and we carefully screen and identify the top caregivers in the PNW to find someone that compliments your unique family. Rebecca’s vision to create an agency with unsurpassed customer service and a commitment to placing qualified and trusted in-home care has thrived since its conception in 1994. Today we are the industry leader in placing Seattle & Eastside nannies, newborn care specialists, and household professionals.

Rebecca Dyk Owner/Founder

  • Raised in the city by entrepreneurial parents, Rebecca broke the mold and defected to the country where she now runs a small black Angus cattle ranch.
  • At 22 as a Nanny, Rebecca started the company because her doctor was pregnant and asked the right questions!
  • Rebecca’s personal role model is the pioneer woman.
  • As horses are Rebecca’s family sport, she and all of the kids compete—Rebecca’s teenage girls rodeo, and her toddler son claims to be a future bull and bronc rider.
  • While Rebecca loves to rock the cowboy boots, she refuses to give up her city style, faithfully visiting Starbucks and Nordstrom.

Katie Cooper Placement Director

  • Katie was born in Manhattan, Kansas and moved to the Seattle area when she was five. She grew up in North Bend and now resides in Kirkland.
  • She graduated at the top of her class with a B.A. in Psychology from Arizona State University. Katie is passionate about people and getting to know them by listening and creating a genuine connection.
  • Katie’s background in recruiting and HR,  customer service, and was a nanny during her college years.
  • In her free time she loves being with her daughter Jayda who is 7 and her little boy Brody who is 4.
  • When not at work and being Mommy you will find Katie trying new wineries, practicing yoga, and soaking up the sun!

Claire Butler Marketing Director

  • Claire was born and raised in Van Wert, Ohio and graduated from Ohio State University in 2018 – “Go Buckeyes!”
  • Needing a change of pace from the midwest, Claire moved to Seattle to fulfill her dream of living on the West Coast to explore its vast outdoors and unique city life.
  • Outside of the office Claire is a volunteer with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), acting as a guardian ad litem to advocate for and support children.
  • In her free time, Claire enjoys being outdoors playing tennis, hiking or camping and exploring new areas. She is an avid traveler, wine enthusiast, and a coffee lover.

Lyndsie Tribble Corporate Director

  • Lyndsie grew up in the Midwest and East Coast but has family roots in the PNW. She has lived in the Seattle area for 20 years.
  • She is passionate about building authentic relationships and her background is in corporate relationship management with a focus on training and development.
  • In her free time you will find her spending time with her large family or traveling. She’s driven cross country 12 times, loves meeting new people and glamping!
  • Lyndsie is learning to balance her love for cheese and wine while staying healthy and active family with. Her motto is “Life is short, live it well”.

Taryn Lundh Training & Temporary Staffing Coordinator

  • Taryn was born in Denver, CO and moved to Seattle when she was two. She recently moved to Cle Elum, WA in Eastern Washington.
  • She met her husband in 7th grade and they have been been married for almost 10 years.
  • They have a 1-year-old daughter Svea, a boxer-lab rescue named Maeby and an ornery cat named Jinx.
  • In her free time, you will find Taryn camping, hiking and traveling near and far. In fact, she’s driven cross-country four times and has been to 48 of the 50 states!

Brandi Lefebvre After-Hours Coordinator

  • Brandi was born and raised on a llama ranch in Mariposa, CA, a small agricultural community near Yosemite National Park.
  • She moved to Seattle in 2007 and has worked with ANFU in many different capacities including: a Backup Care nanny, a Permanent Placed nanny, and in the office.
  • Her jobs have always been kid centric. She enjoys her new role helping staff and supporting the nannies.
  • Brandi recently moved back to California to be closer to family and is enjoying exploring their new home with her husband Chris and their 1-year-old son James.
  • In her free time you can find her catching up with family and friends, gardening, working on various DIY projects, and cooking or baking.
