Smoothies are the perfect way to keep your little’s entertained, energized, and healthy! Thankfully, we live in the Pacific North West and have some of the best fruit and berries right in our backyard. When in doubt, make a smoothie and enjoy the sunshine while it lasts!

  1. Strawberry/Banana Smoothie (Simple)
  • 4 cups of frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of liquid of choice
  • Blend & enjoy!
  1. Banana/Orange/Apple (Hidden vegetables!)
  • 1 banana diced
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1 large orange peeled
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup of leafy greens
  • 5 cup of liquid of choice
  • Blend & enjoy!
  1. Classic summer berry smoothie
  • ½ cup of frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup of frozen blackberries
  • ½ cup of frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana diced
  • ¾ cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 5 cup of liquid of choice
