Mercer Island Nanny/Household Assistant

Are you a positive and organized nanny who loves working with kids? We’re looking for a confident, structured, and driven nanny to join our busy family!

Location: Mercer Island WA
Schedule: Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fri 10:30am-6:30pm; Thursdays 12:30pm-8:30 pm 
Pay: $30–$35/hour 

About the Family: 
– 2 energetic girls ages 4 and 6.
– We love structure, routine, and creating a positive, respectful environment where good manners are valued. 
– Our family is close knit and puts importance on communication.

What We’re Looking For:
– A team player who’s active, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
– Someone with a strong work ethic, confidence, and the ability to work independently. 
– A nanny who enjoys imaginative play and participating in activities that support children’s growth and development. 

Duties Include: 
– Home organization, laundry, tidying, and tracking supplies.
– Meal prep and planning.
– Engaging in creative play and taking the kids on outings like outdoor walks, the aquarium, park, and library. 
– Planning daily activities that focus on age-appropriate development and learning.

Requirements:
– 2 or more years of professional childcare experience. 
– 3 stable long-term childcare references.
