Duties of this position:
- Be able to balance and prioritize multiple projects
- Maintain strong communication with all team members
- Work collaboratively with your team
- Manage all recruiting and hiring platforms
- Manage & grow social media presence and followers
- Identify emerging business opportunities
- Maintain a full pipeline of candidates
Position requirements:
- Prior recruiting, event coordination, and/or sales experience
- Experience in a small business environment
- Knowledge of the childcare industry
- Desire to grow and develop within the company
- Proficiency in iPhone, MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
Open to 4-day work week at fulltime pay. This position is fully remote except for training in the first few months.
Compensation includes a competitive salary, aggressive commission structure and benefits.
