Full-Time Nanny- Redmond (and surrounding areas)

A Nanny for U is seeking candidates with childcare experience to join our team and support wonderful families in the Redmond and surrounding areas. If you have a background in babysitting, daycare, or church nursery care — and are ready to move from group settings to personalized, one-on-one care — this could be a great fit for you!

Full-time guaranteed-hour positions are also available in the greater Seattle area! Additionally, for a limited time ANFU is offering $200 hiring bonuses (after completion of 4 full weeks of work) in the following areas: Snohomish, Monroe, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Everett, Bothell, Snoqualmie, and Lynnwood.

Responsibilities: The ideal candidates will help prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children, plan engaging activities like arts and crafts, story time, and outdoor play. Support nap schedules and daily routines. Encourage independence and social-emotional development and handle light household tasks that are child-related.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with toddlers (daycare, Montessori, babysitting, nursery, etc.)
• 3 solid childcare references
• CPR certification (or willing to obtain before start date)
• Reliable, compassionate, enthusiastic, and a clear communicator
