Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and leading structured daily routines with flexibility as needed
- Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, crafts, and outdoor adventures
- Anticipating needs and staying ahead of transitions, challenges, and schedules
- Child meal prep
- Light child-related housekeeping (kids’ laundry, dishes, tidying play areas)
- Driving to activities or outings as needed
- Communicating regularly and professionally with parents
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional childcare experience (infant experience required)
- 3 long-term childcare references
- CPR certified (or willing to obtain prior to start)
- Ability and desire to commit long-term
- Confident in leading structure and routine, while staying playful and creative
