Long Term Nanny
Our long-term placement program is a thorough process that matches your family with a trusted and caring nanny. We help negotiate the caregiver’s rates and contract, and we also provide educational information on all facets of hiring, employing and paying a nanny. Learn More.

PLACEMENT FEE: 15% of nanny’s gross annual compensation

Temporary Care
Have you run out of back up care hours? Had a great experience with your back up care nanny? Maybe looking for Summer care? Or just need a more short term option, on a month to month basis? This is the option for you! We would love to help you fill your gap with more consistent solutions. At ANFU we offer flexible options from two-five days a week. Learn more.
RATES: $42/hr, 8 hour minimum

Newborn Specialist
Nothing can quite prepare you for what it is like when bringing your newborn home from the hospital. Understanding and adjusting to a newborn at home can be tiring, overwhelming, and frustrating at times. Having a Newborn Specialist can make a world of difference when it comes to adjusting to this new life change! The primary goal is to support parents with advice in caring for their newborn child, alongside physical help. This advice revolves around feeding, nutrition, diaper changing, bathing, safety, and sleep. Learn more.

PLACEMENT FEE: 18% of contracted hours

Household Professional
Much like our permanent nanny placement, if you are in need of a housekeeper, house manager or personal assistant, we have a proven process in place to help find a trusted household professional. Learn More.
RATES: $35-$45/hr
PLACEMENT FEE: 18% of candidate’s gross annual compensation
REGISTRATION FEE: $350
Event Care
Our event care service offers an easy solution to the often posed question; “can we bring our kids?” Yes! We provide highly-qualified nannies for onsite care whether it is at your home for a dinner party or on location at a wedding or business conference. We help determine set-up, how many caregivers are needed, and provide fun and engaging activities. Learn more.
FEES: $300 per nanny for up to 4 hours of care;
Each additional hour over the 4-hour minimum is $75 per hour per nanny. Other fees may apply.
