🏄🏻‍♀️What are your favorite ages to care for and why?

I have cared for children of all ages but as for my favorite ages, it`s a tie between toddlers and school age! Toddlers are so fun because they`re still in the thick of so many big developmental milestones. I also like school age children because their personalities are becoming more concrete! I love hearing about the things they`re interested in.

🩰What do you enjoy most about being a nanny?

I have worked with kids on and off since I was 18, so it`s been almost 12 years of getting to know so many wonderful children! I think that`s my favorite part, getting to know kids and their parents. It`s especially cool when I can form a lifelong relationship with a family that lasts after I am in their employ!

🎈Favorite activities to do with children?

If I am with an infant, singing songs and lots of tummy time is the way to go. For toddlers, I love to read books and/or play with sensory bins! When I`m caring for school ages kids, outings to the library or a museum is a favorite.

I recently moved to Seattle from the Dallas, Texas area and I was so relieved how easy ANFU made it for me to get started after I moved here!
