Edmonds Family Seeking Postpartum Doula or Newborn Care Specialist!
AΒ warm and delightful family in Edmonds is looking for a certified, experienced, and knowledgeable postpartum doula or newborn care specialistΒ to help support them through the early stages of parenthood. This is a rewarding opportunity to guide and nurture first-time parents as they welcome their new baby!
The ideal candidate will:
-Provide gentle, knowledge-based supportΒ to ensure a smooth postpartum transition
-Offer education and reassuranceΒ to empower and build confidence in the new parents
-Be compassionate, attentive, and respectful of the familyβs parenting style and preferences
Location:Β Edmonds, WA
Hours:Β 10pm-6am Sun-Thurs (flexible for the right fit)
Pay:Β $35-50hr DOE
Duration: 12 weeks, September- November

Duties:
-Assistance with sleep training and a sleep schedule for baby
-Overall household support
-Breastfeeding assistance

Requirements:
-Post-partum doula or newborn care specialist certification
-3 references
-Must be comfortable with a dog in the home
-Infant/adult CPR certification
