Family Assistant/Nanny – Ballard

Location: Ballard (Seattle)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Start: End of August/Beginning of Sept. (flexible for the right fit)
Pay:$30-$35

Requirements:

Valid WA drivers license
-
3 long-term childcare references
-
Minimum 2 years of professional childcare/household management experience

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage tasks independently

Someone comfortable supporting emotional development and daily structure
Duties Include

Picking up kids from school and driving to/from after-school activities
-
Preparing after-school snacks and assisting with family dinner meal prep

Running errands including groceries, mail, packages, and returns
-
Maintaining family calendar and helping manage the weekly rhythm

Light housekeeping tasks like laundry, loading the dishwasher, and tidying kid spaces

Planning grocery lists and keeping pantry/fridge stocked

Supporting the children’s after-school routines and engagement
-
Providing a consistent, calm presence in the home
