Mercer Island Morning Nanny / House Manager

Location: Mercer Island, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–12:30pm (plus optional occasional date nights)
Start Date: September 2025 (flexible for the right fit)
Compensation: $30–$40/hour DOE
Commitment: Long-term (1 year plus)

Responsibilities Include:

Morning routines and school drop-offs

Engaging the boys in age-appropriate, structured activities

Overseeing vendors and scheduling assistance

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of professional childcare experience and long-term references

Experience balancing childcare with household management
