An adventurous, close-knit family in Lynden, Washington is looking for a stellar, professional nanny to join their team and help raise three energetic, curious children (ages 6, 3, and 1). This is a full-time position for a highly experienced, proactive nanny who thrives in a busy household and loves bringing structure, creativity, and calm leadership to a child’s day.

We’re looking for someone who is always ten steps ahead—a natural planner and problem-solver, with strong instincts, a confident presence, and a genuine love for working with young kids. If you’re someone who brings both fun and structure into your daily rhythm and knows how to manage the chaos with grace, we want to meet you.

Location: Lynden, WA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

Pay: $30–$40/hour

Commitment: Long-term (1 year plus)

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating and leading structured daily routines with flexibility as needed
• Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, crafts, and outdoor adventures
• Anticipating needs and staying ahead of transitions, challenges, and schedules
• Child meal prep
• Light child-related housekeeping (kids’ laundry, dishes, tidying play areas)
• Driving to activities or outings as needed
• Communicating regularly and professionally with parents

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional childcare/household management experience
• Strong, long-term references demonstrating reliability and commitment
• Confident in leading structure and routine, while staying playful and creative
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
