Full-Time Nanny – Magnuson (Seattle)
This is a dream job for a nanny!
A friendly, easy-going family in Seattle’s Magnuson neighborhood is seeking a full-time nanny who brings experience, professionalism, and a genuine love for childcare. If you’re experienced with infants, reliable, and interested in a long-term position with a caring family, we’d love to hear from you!
Location: Magnuson, Seattle
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $30–$40 per hour
Start: August 1st but flexible for the right candidate!

About the Family:
* A 3-month-old baby girl
* A 3-year-old Goldendoodle who is absolutely a member of the family!
* The parents both work from home in separate offices and are looking for a nanny who is confident, independent, and able to manage the day without needing oversight
* Household that values knowledge , consistency, and professionalism

What They’re Looking For:
* 3 Long-term reliable childcare references
* At least 2-5 years of infant experience
* Someone who brings a deep understanding of infant development and parenting philosophies
* Dependable, self-starting, and engaged
* Willingness to socialize the baby with age-appropriate activities as she grows
* Tidy, organized, and happy to help things run smoothly
* Must love the family dog
Daily Duties Include:
* Bottle feeding, diapering, naps, and developmental play
* Creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the baby’s learning and development
* Washing bottles, baby laundry, and keeping nursery/play areas clean
* Tracking baby supplies

What We’re Looking For
A family assistant with confidence, strong integrity, and common sense
Someone who is energetic, dependable, and secure in their role
A team player who genuinely loves kids and can support them emotionally and practically
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage tasks independently
Someone comfortable supporting emotional development and daily structure
Duties Include
Picking up kids from school and driving to/from after-school activities
Preparing after-school snacks and assisting with family dinner meal prep
Running errands including groceries, mail, packages, and returns
Maintaining family calendar and helping manage the weekly rhythm
Light housekeeping tasks like laundry, loading the dishwasher, and tidying kid spaces
Planning grocery lists and keeping pantry/fridge stocked
Supporting the children’s after-school routines and engagement
Providing a consistent, calm presence in the home
